The public is invited to attend Community Day at Malcolm X College West Campus from 10am to 3pm on Friday, August 14th. Malcolm X College West Campus is located at 4624 W. Madison Street in Chicago, and the Community Day event will be held across the street from the campus. Partners planning to attend include the West Side Health Authority, Habilitative Systems, BUILD, West Side Task Force, Versiti Blood Center of Illinois, and Introspect Youth Services. There will also be music, food, giveaways and raffle prizes, all gratis. While at the event, participants can learn about healthcare career pathways and speak with representatives from the following educational pathways:

• Adult Education (High School Equivalency and English as a Second Language)

• Health Sciences (Community Health Worker, Medical Assisting, Patient Care Technician)

• Nursing (Basic Nursing Assistant, BNA)
