Krystyna Wawrzyniak’s 25th anniversary of working at Community Savings Bank was August 28, 2025. She is another new member of the large group of employees who have worked at the bank for 25 years or more. Her anniversary was celebrated on Friday, August 29, with a cake and well wishes from her fellow employees. Wawrzyniak started her career with Community in 2000. Her father, who was a customer of the bank, obtained an application for her. She applied, was interviewed and hired as a teller. After gaining some experience, she was promoted to be the night supervisor at the drive-thru facility and also worked as a floater at the main office when needed. Today, Wawrzyniak is an integral part of the bank’s Operations Department. She works on many large transaction reports and is also involved in handling dormant accounts. “My favorite part about being an employee here is the sense of teamwork that we all have,” Wawrzyniak said. “Krystyna is a valued employee. We appreciate her dedication over the past 25 years,” said Dane H. Cleven, president and chairman of the bank.
