Amid the bustle of the holiday season, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) is helping passengers connect with Santa Claus through its Letters to Santa program, through December 19th at O’Hare and Midway International Airports. Passengers will be able to send postcards to the North Pole, available at mailboxes throughout the airports. Airport Ambassadors, decked out in CDA-themed holiday attire, will be on hand to mail the letters to the North Pole twice a day, where Santa and his helpers will return a special reply to each passenger who provides contact information. At Midway, a mailbox will be stationed at the information desk near the Central Market. Mailboxes at O’Hare are available at the following locations:

• Terminal 1, post-security, near the Brachiosaurus display on Concourse B

• Terminal 2, post-security, near the Family Lounge

• Terminal 3, post-security, in the Rotunda

• Terminal 5, post-security, near Gate M8
