Cook County Department of Public Health is providing back-to-school immunizations at no cost to suburban Cook County youth ages 6 months to 18 years old, regardless of immigration or insurance status. The immunizations are provided in mobile clinics at community events and back-to-school fairs occurring throughout suburban Cook County in July through mid-October.
