The Pilsen Affordability Housing Expo will be held at Benito Juarez High School located at 1450 W. Cermak Road on August 22, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The expo will provide information regarding programs, policies and resources that offer avenues for families to stay in Pilsen. Topics discussed will include affordable housing development and availability, homeownership preparation, homeowner technical support, and tenant protections. The main goal of the expo is to inform and connect residents with housing resources. Multiple local organizations such as Pilsen Neighbors Community Council, the Office of the 25th Ward, The Resurrection Project, Department of Housing, Chicago Community Loan Fund, Metropolitan Tenants Organization, Latino Contractors Association, and Law Center for Better Housing will be coming together to host and table at the expo.
