

The International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago (ILCC) is proud to announce that the legendary award-winning Afro-Colombian dance ensemble El Palenque de Delia will be opening the 2026 Chicago Latino Dance Festival, Sunday, September 29 at the Reva and David Logan Center for the Arts, 915 E 60th St. Now in its fourth year, the two-day event celebrates the rich diversity of Latino dance and cultural traditions. Featuring fourteen groups representing all of Latin America and Spain across the two days, the Festival will conclude Sunday, October 11 at the Humboldt Park Fieldhouse, 1440 N. Humboldt Blvd. This second event is co-presented with the Chicago Park District’s Night Out in the Parks program. The entire Festival is completely free and open to the public at both venues. El Palenque de Delia is a Colombian dance, music, and theater group with 72 years of history dedicated to the safeguarding, creative research, teaching, and diffusion of afro-Colombian folk traditions.
