BMO Harris Bank announced an affordable housing grant program, offering up to $3,000 that can be used toward a down payment or to reduce the closing costs on the purchase or refinance of a primary home.

The BMO Harris Bank Affordable Housing Grant program offers up to $3,000 in grant money. The fund can be used toward a new home down payment, reduce the closing costs on a purchase or refinance a home. Grants are available for properties in select counties and select census tracts in Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin.
