The Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago (MSI) recently announced that it will extend its closure and reopen on Friday, May 1 in an effort to help contain the spread of COVID-19. During this time, MSI is encouraging families to discover science at home with activities, experiments, games, and videos. These engaging science activities are appropriate for children of all ages and use items already found around the house. Launch a stomp rocket, build a newspaper fort, make slime and more as you explore physics, chemistry, engineering and beyond. These activities can be found at msichicago.org/scienceathome.
