Families are welcome to gather this Friday, August 14th from 3p.m., to 7p.m., at the McCormick YMCA, 1834 N. Lawndale Ave., for a free Back-to-School Health Fair and Community Block Party celebrating 25 years of community impact. Families will have access to free health screenings, back-to-school resources, school supplies, insurance and benefits information, health and wellness education, youth activities, and community resources. The event is free and open to the community.
